Making Sense – a group for mothers who are living apart from their children

Starting Thursday 4 May, 10am – 12pm at Well Women Centre
8 sessions with a week’s break for May half term (01/06/17)

Making Sense is a group for women who live apart from their children. Within the group Well Women Centre will look at the experience of being apart from your children, the effects on your wellbeing, the judgements of others and on ourselves, forgiveness, responsibility, patterns, power, boundaries and contact. They will look at strategies to maintain our wellbeing as well as acknowledging the grief, anger, regret and powerless you may be experiencing. The sessions will be run in a safe, confidential and supportive environment at the Well Women Centre.
